Park Rules

Violations of rules will result in cancellation of your stay with no refund.

We ask you are respectful of others in the area, keep your lot clean and free from household items.
Allowed items: Lawn chairs small tables, portable grills, outdoor rugs on gravel only.
Do not park on grass areas.
Drive slowly thru the park.

No cigarette butts should be disposed on the ground throughout the whole park.
No excessive noise or parties. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours, 9 PM to 6 AM, must be respected.
Firearms/Fireworks: Absolutely no fireworks or firearms are permitted

No onsite repairs to camper, motor homes or vehicles unless approved.

Pets

Leash: Pets must be on a leash (usually 6-8 feet) and under control at all times, including at the
campsite.
Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended at sites.
Waste Cleanup: Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately.
Vaccinations: Proof of current vaccinations (especially rabies) may be required.
Prohibited Areas: Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, laundry room or other buildings unless
prior approval is given. Not allowed to swim in the pond.
Breed Restrictions: May prohibit certain breeds.
Limits: No more than 3 pets per site. No excessive barking that will disturb others.

You will be responsible if your pet injures anyone in the park.

Children:

Supervision: Children 17 and under require direct adult supervision at all times.
Safety & Behavior: Unruly behavior is not allowed; parents are responsible for damage.
Water Safety: Strict, constant supervision is required in water areas, NO lifeguards. Being
around water is at your own risk.
Vehicle Operation: Children operating golf carts or ATVs are prohibited unless supervised by an
adult.

Insurance:

We are not responsible for damage, theft or accidents.
You must maintain your own insurance against damage, theft or accidents.
